Shipping times and rates
Mainland Spain: free shipping on orders over 79 €. Below that, 4,95 €. We prepare your order within 24 hours and you receive it in 48-72 hours.
Express 24 h (mainland): 9,90 €, for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 13:00.
Portugal: 9,90 €, free on orders over 200 €. Delivery in 48-72 hours. Balearic Islands: 15 €, 3 to 5 days.
Rest of the European Union: 18 €, free on orders over 200 €. 7 to 10 working days.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EU, customs charges are paid by the customer. See shipping conditions
Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or return it.
Mainland Spain: the first return of each order is free if you drop the parcel off at a Correos post office. Home collection costs 5 €.
Request it from your order confirmation email or through our returns portal.
Product care
After each wear, remove dust with a brush or soft cloth and store them with wooden shoe trees so they keep their shape.
Nourish the leather with a cream in the same shade every few weeks.
If they get wet, let them dry at room temperature, never near a radiator.
Rotate your shoes: a day of rest between wears greatly extends their life.

I have not received my order.
You can view your order status in your account. If you are not registered on Harrys1982.com, check your email to see if we have sent you a notification regarding your order. If you have not received your order after the shipping period has passed, please contact customer service via email at info@harry´s1982.com with your full name, order number, and the date the order was placed, and we will provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
Order status
When you make a purchase, Harry´s 1982 will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
Once the order has left our warehouse, the courier company will send you an email to notify you and provide your tracking number.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a Harry´s 1982 promotional code, log in to our website and you will be able to use it before finalizing your order in the "Order Summary". Enter the promotional code and click on "Apply discount code". If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the order summary. Harry´s 1982 promotions (discount codes) are limited to one per person and per online order. Promotional codes cannot be combined. In the event of a return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
