HARRYS will send the products to the address provided by each User during the purchase process for each product.

Once the package has left our facilities, i.e., has been collected by the corresponding shipping company, the order cannot be canceled.

If the customer refuses the shipment upon delivery, the package will be returned to our facilities and a refund will be issued, deducting €4.95 from the refund as shipping costs.

Shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the products purchased, will always be itemized during the purchase process.

 

The delivery terms will apply to the following territories:

 

24H Express Shipping

 24H express shipping is only available for orders within the mainland placed Monday to Thursday until 1:00 PM (in the event of a public holiday, it will be delivered on the next business day). If the order is placed Monday to Thursday after 1:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, shipping will take place on the next business day.

The company is not responsible if the delivery company attempts to deliver the package and the recipient is not present. The customer has the option to redirect the delivery to a parcel shop as indicated in the email sent by the delivery company.

HARRYS cannot control shipments once they have been handed over to the relevant postal service, and therefore will not be responsible for any delivery delays if the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier on time.

 

HARRYS informs users that products may be received in separate shipments.

 If the order has been shipped and not accepted by the customer, the order will be returned to our facilities. Once received, a refund will be issued using the same payment method, and an amount of €4.95 corresponding to the return shipping costs will be deducted.

Failed deliveries due to customer absence

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is not at the address, does not collect the package, or does not respond to the shipping company, the order will be returned to our facilities.

In these cases, the costs incurred (for both shipping and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund will be issued once we receive the package back and check its condition.

To avoid these costs, we recommend tracking the shipment and being available at the time of delivery.
